No refunds for incorrectly booked tickets
Age restrictions
No children under 5 years old
No under 14s standing on the pitch. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult 18+
Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult 18+ in the seating areas
Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult 18+ in all hospitality areas
Strobe lighting will be used during the performance
Please be aware that flashing lights and loud pyrotechnic bangs may feature in the show

All tickets and parking are booked via the Arena. Please call on 02476 786 411. Lines are open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

There is strictly no parking at the Arena Shopping Park. This area operates an ANPR system and fines will be issued
Important resident's parking information
Please be aware that there is strictly NO parking available in the side streets around the Arena. A strict resident's parking scheme is enforced on event days
