A list of frequently asked questions ahead of the Preston North End game this weekend.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

My Season Ticket/Match Ticket has not arrived- what do I need to do?

You will need to go to the Matchday Ticket Office from 11am at the Ricoh Arena- please take with you a form of ID and, if possible, proof of purchase.

Where will ticket collection be?

Ticket Collection will be from the old Superstore collection windows. We are expecting fewer queues as the break between the Yeovil and Preston matches has allowed us time to send out Season Tickets to supporters, so they do not need to wait to collect these.

Hospitality guests can collect their tickets from the desk on the left hand side of the main atrium.

Where will the cash turnstiles be on Saturday?

Cash Turnstiles 29, 30, 31 and 32 will be in operation for the game against Preston. If demand dictates, then we will look to open up more cash turnstiles. These turnstiles will be open from 1:30pm.

What are the parking arrangements for Saturday?

All car parking for the match will be in Car Park C. Car Park’s A and B are fully booked due to event clashes at the Ricoh Arena. You can pre-book parking ahead of Saturday at the Main Reception of the Ricoh Arena (car parking for Saturday is no longer available online).

What are the other events on at the Ricoh on Saturday?

The ChildcareExpo is taking place in the Jaguar Exhibition Hall 1, a the Pike Anglers Club Annual Exhibition is in Halls 3,5 and Bar 87 while the Lock, Stock and 3 Smoking Arrows event is in Lounge One and E.ON. There is also a private event being held in the Jaguar Exhibition Hall and Legends Lounge.

This means that Bar 87 will be closed to Sky Blues fans on Saturday. A section of Singers will also be unavailable, but will remain open to fans.

What are the arrangements for hospitality guests?

Our hospitality team has written to all seasonal members to inform them of arrangements in advance of tomorrow. The hospitality and commercial team will be meeting guests as they arrive at a desk in the main atrium (on the left hand side, just before main reception) and allocate guests to their lounge for the day on arrival.

Is there going to be a Family Zone?

Yes there is! Sky Blue Sam and members of the squad will be visiting from 1:30pm, while we will also begin a new project to make a wall hanging tapestry with young fans’ names and artwork on. We will be asking all the players that visit the Family Zone to autograph it too!

The Lucky dip lolly game will be back, while young fans can create notebooks to personalise and collect autographs in- as well as the usual free arts & crafts. This will include Ceramics, with some photo frames, mugs and plates for children to decorate. Activities will wrap up at around 2:30pm ahead of kick-off.

Will the club’s retail be on-site on Saturday?

No, unfortunately we haven’t been able to get the retail operation on-site ready for Saturday’s game. However, the CCFC Superstore at Gallagher Retail Park will be open on Saturday if you want to buy your CCFC merchandise on your way to the stadium.

There will also be no betting operation available for our game against Preston.
