roles and responsibility

  • Responsible for ensuring that breakfast and the buffet are prepared and presented to a high quality to deliver an excellent guest experience.

  • Work closely with the breakfast kitchen team.

  • Ensuring all areas of the kitchen are always clean and hazard free.

  • As breakfast chef you will also be required to assist with food cost controls.

Person qualifications:

  • Reliable, enthusiastic individual.

  • Well-presented and motivated.

  • Ability to work unsupervised.

relevant qualifications and skills:

  • Food preparation and service.

  • Food safety and hygiene – level 2.

  • Experience of working with all fresh foods.

  • Allergen awareness.

  • Previous experience as a breakfast chef – essential.
