Bryan Adams returns to Coventry on Friday 17th May 2024
One of the most exciting live musicians in the world is set to return to Coventry next year for the first time since 2005.
Bryan Adams will bring his effortless stage presence and incredible vocals of Coventry Building Society Arena on Friday 17 May.
The Coventry date is part of his global ‘So Happy it Hurts’ tour, with the Canadian icon also set to perform in Sheffield and Cardiff the same month.
It follows a special three-night residency at the Royal Albert Hall in London, where Adams will be performing one album in full each evening - ’18 Til I Die’, ‘Reckless’ and ‘So Happy It Hurts’ – plus a selection of some of the greatest hits from his phenomenal career, spanning an incredible 40 years.
With 17 studio albums, and four new studio albums in 2022 including, “So Happy It Hurts” (nominated for a Grammy) and “Pretty Woman – The Musical”. In addition to Classic pt. I and pt. II, which feature new recordings of his greatest hits, released digitally and in ATMOS with Platoon, are also available physically with BMG.
His song writing has garnered him numerous awards and accolades including three Academy Award nominations, five Golden Globe nominations and a Grammy Award and 20 Juno Awards.
Bryan Adams will bring his ‘So Happy It Hurts’ Arena Tour to Coventry on May 17, Sheffield on May 18 and Cardiff on May 19. The shows will feature tracks from the Grammy-nominated album studio album, as well as his biggest hits.
The tour will see Adams return to Coventry Building Society Arena for the first time in 18 years, with his last performance at the venue in 2005 being the first concert it ever hosted.
