Thousands attend Harry Styles "Love on Tour" at Coventry Building Society Arena
‘Love on Tour’ arrived in Coventry with 70,000 people over two nights turning out in extravagant outfits to see Harry Styles return to the UK.
The back-to-back nights at Coventry Building Society Arena marked the first time Harry had performed in the UK this year.
On both days thousands arrived early at the venue to queue to get the best spot in the stadium to see the international superstar star on stage.
Indie rock duo Wet Leg opened for Harry on consecutive nights, performing hits including Wet Dream and Chaise Longue to warm up the Coventry crowd.
The crowd chanted to Bohemian Rhapsody and other sing-a-long anthems as the anticipation continued to build around the venue – with screams of fans echoing around the stadium every time there was movement on stage.
Harry took the stage and opened his set with Daydreaming, before performing hits such as Golden, Adore You, Music for a Sushi Restaurant, Watermelon Sugar, As It Was and many more.
He treated fans to an encore of Sign on the Times, As it Was and Kiwi, before signing off from Coventry to play in London, Edinburgh and Cardiff.
Paul Michael, Commercial Director of Coventry Building Society Arena, said: “This was a monumental two nights of music at Coventry Building Society Arena.
“Harry Styles put on an incredible show across both nights and we showed once again that Coventry can attract the biggest stars in global music.
“We’re preparing to welcome Arctic Monkeys next week on May 31 as our big summer of music continues.”
