Western Business Media Expands Event Portfolio at Coventry Building Society Arena for 2024
A leading organiser of business-to-business events is set to host six major conferences, exhibitions and award ceremonies after expanding its presence at a Midlands venue this year.
Western Business Media (WBM Ltd) will be bringing its sector-leading events to Coventry Building Society Arena over the second half of 2024.
This year it will be hosting three new events at the Arena, including Security Matters Live, Health and Safety Matters Live and the Industrial Maintenance Solutions Summit.
WBM publishes titles across a wide variety of UK business sectors, with a focus primarily on health, safety, cleaning security and logistics.
The publisher first partnered with the conference and exhibition centre in Coventry in 2021 and has delivered more than 20 events at the venue during that time.
Its first event at Coventry Building Society Arena of the year will be Fire Safety Matters Live on Wednesday 12 June, a leading conference for education, compliance and networking in the fire safety industry with more than 600 guests expected.
The conference closes with the prestigious Fire and Security Matters Awards to celebrate the achievements of people in the industries, with the sold-out awards will welcome 800 guests and lead into Security Matters Live the following day.
Security Matters Live is the second of WBM’s events to be held at the Arena. It be being held at the venue or the first time and opens on Thursday 13 June, with the venue being transformed into a hub for the security industry.
The following week, on Thursday 20 June, Tomorrow’s Warehouse will welcome hundreds of logistics professionals to Coventry seeking to find out more about the latest insights and trends in modern warehousing.
Health and Safety Matters Live will complete a busy June for WBM at the Arena on Thursday 27 June. The event is expected to attract more than 500 attendees to hear from industry leading figures and visit over 30 sector-leading exhibitors.
Industrial Maintenance Solutions Summit, which will take place on Tuesday 10 September. It is a brand-new conference and exhibition to provide practical solutions to the day-to-day problems encountered by maintenance engineers in the field.
The final event from WBM at the Arena this year will be The Cleaning Excellence Conference and Awards in December.
